The most recent review of compensation took place in december 2024. In reviewing and approving compensation pursuant to the policy, the board uses comparability data to determine the fair market value of the compensation, ensures that only impartial decision makers are involved in the review and approval process, and documents concurrently with its decisions how it reached those decisions, including the data on which it relied.”

Mri and murmuration are parties to a cost sharing reimbursement agreement under which mri is reimbursed for personnel costs incurred by murmuration. Amounts reported as compensation on part vii reflect the amounts allocated to mri.”
