Through community partnerships with Bridge Communities of Glen Ellyn and Green Earth Harvest of Naperville, as well as The Urban Canopy, The Pilsen Food Pantry, and Center for Food Equity in Medicine of Chicago, we connected and delivered 20 weeks of farm fresh organic produce to 10+ families in need and provided educational resources to help our families prepare health meals from home$0$0
