Examples of specialty disease states are asthma, cardiovascular pcsk9, cystic fibrosis, endocrine, fertility, growth disorders, hepatitis c, human immunodeficiency virus (hiv), idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (ipf), lupus, lysosomal storage disorders, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis (ms), neuroscience, ophthalmic, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, parkinsons disease (pd)/narcolepsy, pulmonary arterial hypertension (pah), rare disease, rheumatoid arthritis/inflammatory disorders (ra&i), respiratory syncytial virus (rsv), transplant, oncology, alpha 1, hereditary angioedema (hae), lysosomal storage disorders, pulmonary arterial hypertension (pah), blood disorders, immunoglobulin (ig), and substance dependence.”

“Patient education coordinated service assistance (pecsa) primary purpose of is to assist members of the community with educational and financial support for those individuals that have or need treatment for covid and/or other specialty disease states. Examples of specialty disease states are asthma, cardiovascular pcsk9, cystic fibrosis, endocrine, fertility, growth disorders, hepatitis c, human immunodeficiency virus (hiv), idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (ipf), lupus, lysosomal storage disorders, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis (ms), neuroscience, ophthalmic, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, parkinsons disease (pd)/narcolepsy, pulmonary arterial hypertension (pah), rare disease, rheumatoid arthritis/inflammatory disorders (ra&i), respiratory syncytial virus (rsv), transplant, oncology, alpha 1, hereditary angioedema (hae), lysosomal storage disorders, pulmonary arterial hypertension (pah), blood disorders, immunoglobulin (ig), and substance dependence. Pecsa provides individuals who have specialty illnesses with disease- specific educational materials. By educating people with rare disease states, it enables them to become aware of the causes and effects of their illness. Our goal is to increase awareness through educational means so an individual with a specialized disease state can make more informed decisions and/or choices concerning their day to day activities and reduce the severity of their illnesses.”
