Ibrf focused on developing reseach protocols for mild traumatic brain injury and post traumatic stree disorder in thr military. This was prompted by a request by the u.s. Army.”

The governing body is provided with a reasonable amount of time to review the form 990. Any comments are then grouped, summarized and provided thru management to the outside accounting firm. Any applcable issues are addresssed until the return is finalized and approved for filing.”
