“Grant street apartments is managed by celtic property management, a professional property management company. Celtic has a project owner's and management agent's certification for multifamily housing projects with the u.s. Department of housing and urban development. Under this certification, hud has approved celtic to manage the grant street apartment community. The management contract encompasses the day to day operations of the project including, but not limited to, collection of rents, maintenance of facilities, supervision of staff, and ongoing support for both the owners and tenants as needed in order to establish a safe, sanitary and affordable environment. One member of the board of directors, jessica raymond, received reportable compensation from celtic property management during the current year. The amount of reportable compensation to jessica raymond was $110,000.”

The tax return preparer's tax preparation software did not provide the ability to electronically file returns completed on 2019 forms with tax years beginning in 2020. Therefore, the taxpayer paper filed this return before the original due date of the return. After paper filing the return, the taxpayer received a notice stating that the return that was paper filed had been rejected and that electronically filing the return was required. The return was moved to 2020 forms and is now being electronically filed. Due to the good faith effort made by the taxpayer to timely file this return, the taxpayer respectfully requests that all late filing penalties be removed.”
