Part X : FIN48 Footnote

“Pinnacle Forum America, Inc. is exempt from income taxes under Section 501(c)(3) and comparable state law. As of December 31, 2014, the Organization had no uncertain tax positions that qualify for either recognition or disclosure in the financial statements. The Organization will recognize future accrued interest and penalties related to unrecognized tax benefits in income tax if incurred.The Organization's tax returns are subject to review and examination by federal and state authorities. The tax returns for the years ended December 31, 2011 to 2013 are open to examination by federal authorities and for the years ended December 31, 2010 to 2013 by state authorities.”

It provides training, vision casting, inspiration and networking on ministry ideas for carrying out the mission of the Organization. Several keynote speakers are also featured.In addition, other events, conferences and meetings were held throughout the year at various locations. All current events are posted on the Organization's website.

The forums feature signficant leaders in their respective fields and are designed to educate and inspire. The Organization holds weekly peer-to-peer forums and small group meetings with between 8 - 12 individuals each taking place across the country within its chapters. The Organization produces a quarterly newsletter mailed to partners and friends to keep them informed of the activities and happenings within the Organization.

As of December 31, 2014, the Organization had no uncertain tax positions that qualify for either recognition or disclosure in the financial statements. The Organization will recognize future accrued interest and penalties related to unrecognized tax benefits in income tax if incurred.The Organization's tax returns are subject to review and examination by federal and state authorities. The tax returns for the years ended December 31, 2011 to 2013 are open to examination by federal authorities and for the years ended December 31, 2010 to 2013 by state authorities.
