The signed off policy statements are initially reviewed by the ceo of tch and cfo of tch for compliance with the organization's conflict of interest policy. Any items of a questionable nature are then reviewed by the board, and each item is dealt with individually depending on the circumstance. If it is determined that a conflict does exist, that person shall not vote on nor participate in the discussion of any matters related to the item that creates the conflict.”
