VOH IS GOVERNED BY A TEN (10) MEMBER BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF WHICH OVER 51% OF THE MEMBERSHIP IDENTIFIES AS A PEER (E.G., AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS LIVED EXPERIENCE WITH SERIOUS MENTAL ILLNESS AND/OR HAS (CONT. IN BOTH CASES, EMPLOYMENT OF THE EXECUTIVES HAS BEEN TERMINATED AND DISCOVERY OF THE FRAUDS REPORTED TO THE OFFICE OF INSPECTOR GENERAL AND MAGELLAN COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT.
