IRS990/Desc0Miracle Center's transitional program is designed to remove the distractions of life so our residents can focus on laying a solid foundation in recovery and develop a sustainable relationship with Jesus Christ. The program is 18 months, which we strongly encourage. However, we will also accept 6 month and 1 year commitments. Our basic principles of finding one's identity in god alone, choosing to live by a standard of Christ-likeness, and submitting oneself to accountability and self-evaluation, are not only taught, but modeled and encouraged. Residents are led through a highly flexible, individualized process of evaluating self, relationships with others, and their relationship with God which enables them to establish goals based on their discoveries and God given talents. A variety of classes, bible studies, recovery groups, spiritual counseling, individual attention, and other activities provide education, training and support. The goal of Miracle Center is for each woman to emerge with a renewed Christ-centered lifestyle free of destructive behaviors while maintaining a secure, full-time job, stable housing, and a plan to continue seeking God's will in reaching their full potential.
