“The sundt foundation has two categories of membership: employee membership and non-employee membership. A sundt employee becomes a member by contributing $50 or more per year. Membership entitles an employee to vote in accordance with the bylaws and to hold elective office. A non-employee becomes a member by contributing any amount during the year. Non-employee members are non-voting members.”

“The board of directors, consisting of at least nine members but not more than twenty members, controls all activities of sundt foundation. The sundt companies, inc. Appoints four directors. The remaining directors are elected by the membership, with one director serving from each of the principal geographic areas where sundt has an office or subsidiary company and serving staggered three-year terms.”
