Ms. Waddington received 80,326 for the calendar year falling within the organizations fiscal year for the services performed.”

“The corporation shall have an unlimited number of members members which can be restricted by the board according to the needs of the corporation. Candidates for membership must be sponsored by a current participating member. Candidate nominations are to be submitted to the membership committee for consideration and recommendation to the board. The membership committee shall thereafter meet to determine if a recommendation shall be submitted to the board. Candidates recommended by the membership committee must be approved by a majority of the membership committee present. Subsequent to recommendation by the membership committee, candidates must be approved by a majority of the board in order to effectuate membership. Corporate members do not require a sponsor, but are subject to review and approval by the board without participation by the membership committee.”

Currently, all directors are volunteers.”
