Providing support for those who have been touched by cancer through information giving, networking, emotional support and giving funds to assist with needs such as co-pays for under-insured cancer patients. Also provide seed monies, or travel monies, for initial research in approaches to cancer wellness.

Program Services

DescriptionGrantsExpenses
The Wellness Grant Funds are a result of fundraising for the Under Insured Cancer Patients' Endowment Fund, which is a restricted fund to help the working poor with the financial needs created by persons diagnosed with cancer. The majority of these funds are raised through an annual fundraiser Music and Memories Concert and a biennial Confetti Gala Event. Other community partners participate by donations in the categories of volunteering time and "in kind" donations. In helping with treatment payments, the families of those touched by cancer are able to buy food, gasoline, child care, etc. The pin program continues to allow networking and recognition of families touched by cancer.$1$5,021
