“Part 3, Organizations primary exempt purpose: The ALTS Guild is the non-profit fundraising organization for Abraham Lincoln Traditional School. Part III line 28, continued:Abraham Lincoln Traditional School has a student population that varies from 590 to 630 students during the school year. There are also 35 teachers and 15 support staff. All are beneficiaries of the funds raised by the Guild.During the 2017-18 school year, the Guild held the following fundraisers:>Membership drive and T-shirt sales>One (1) Peter Piper Pizza fundraising nights>Two (2) book fairs>Annual Spring carnivalFunds were dispersed as follows:>Purchase of textbooks/curriculum>Teacher start-up money>School nurse supplies >Funds to principal for behavioral rewards>School family events (i.e. Bingo, dance, etc.)>Classroom supplies>Reading intervention programs>Purchase of library books>Rebinding of library books>Annual subscriptions for student organizations>Supplemental materials for classes”
