“The articles of incorporation were amended june 27, 2023 to change the organization's name from family life communications incorporated to intentional life events (ile). This name change has been previously disclosed to and acknowledged by internal revenue service. The articles of incorporation were amended and restated on february 16, 2024 to reflect the following significant changes: * the supported organization was updated to reflect the merger of affiliated nonprofit organizations into one surviving entity, intentional life media (ilm). * the character of affairs was updated to state that ile will assist with efforts to provide charitable and religious teaching, ministry, presentations, activities and events, including assisting those provided under family life radio, intentional living and others. Family life radio and intentional living are both ministries operated by ilm. * the number and the method of the election of the directors and additional governance provisions will be set forth in the bylaws.”

There are competitive bids or comparable valuations, and such related-party transaction is duly approved by the board of directors not so interested or connected as being in the best interests of the organization. 3. Payments to the interested officer or director are reasonable and do not exceed fair market value. 4. Related parties are excluded from the discussion and approval of related-party transactions. 5. The minutes of meetings at which such votes are taken shall record such disclosure, abstention, and rationale for approval. 6. The audited financial statements of the organization fully disclose material related party transactions. Each covered person shall annually complete the conflict of interest and related party questionnaire. The completed questionnaire will be recorded in the minutes of the corporations and the original copy maintained by the president. When a new conflict of interest and/or related-party transaction occurs, it shall be immediately disclosed in writing to the board of directors.”
