Rutt did not travel internationally in 2024, but he still continues to remain in contact via the internet with leaders in other countries, as well as purchasing books for international students who study within universities and seminaries in the united states. Again, in 2024, one of dr. Rutt's published books was used as a textbook in a university and another published book of his is used by missionaries.”

“Usa ministry: provide seminars for churches and organizations, with time spent counseling young people with drug additions and other problems. In addition, covenant renewal works closely with local churches and provides lectures at various locations. Covenant renewal ministries sponsored dr. Rutt to spend most of his time teaching/lecturing at arizona christian university. Dr. Rutt continues to serve as associate professor of biblical studies at arizona christian university. His teaching responsibilities at the university enables him to also voluntarily serve the diocese of mid- america (reformed episcopal church/anglican church of north america) by training their seminary students as they prepare for pastoral and missionary vocations. In 2024, dr. Rutt travled to various speaking engagements and lecture formats within the usa. In addition, dr. Rutt conducted teacher training for a school in norhtern california.”
