“The organization has received from the internal revenue service an exemption from federal income taxes under section 501(c)(6) of the internal revenue code for exempt function income received. A provision is made in the financial statements for income taxes on unrelated trade or business income earned, when applicable. No significant timing or other difference that would result in a material deferred income tax liability exists. Management evaluated the organization's tax positions and concluded that the organization had taken no uncertain tax positions that require adjusmtent to the accompanying financial statements to comply with the provisions of this guidance.”
