“Nbc-his adopted asc 740-10 (formerly known as fasb interpretation no. 48 "accounting for uncertainty in income taxes") which prescribes a comprehensive model of how an organization should measure, recognize, present, and disclose in its financial statements uncertain tax positions that an organization has taken or expects to take on a tax return. Nbc-his has evaluated tax positions taken for filing with various taxing authorities. There was no impact to nbc-his' financial statements as a result of the implementation of asc 740-10. Nbc-his' open audit periods are the years ended december 31, 2012 through december 31, 2014.”
