How Members Elect Governing Body - Annually, members in good standing of the Kingman/Golden Valley Association of REALTORS(R) are permitted to vote in an election for the Directors and Officers.

Pt VI, Line 11B

Form 990 Review Policy. The returns are made available for review to the Board for one week at the office prior to filing. The tax returns are then signed by the current year President and filed. The returns have been prepared based upon reviewed financial statements prepared by a Certified Public Accountant chosen by the Board of Directors.

Pt VI, Line 12C

Enforcement of Conflicts Policy - The Conflict of Interest Policy is provided to, and is signed by, all Officers, Directors and Key Employees. These individuals must report any conflicts in writing. They are advised that anytime they become involved with an actual or potential conflict of interest, they must notify the organization immediately. This is enforced through Board of Directors meetings and disclosure by Board members.
