THE PROGRAM WAS FUNDED THROUGH A $285,000 GRANT FROM ADWR AND ADMINISTERED BY AMWUA. TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED TO THE PARTICIPATING AMWUA MEMBERS BY THE SOUTHWEST ENVIRONMENTAL FINANCE CENTER (SW EFC), A SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT THAT OPERATES FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO. THE SW EFC SERVICES WERE RETAINED WITH THE FUNDING PROVIDED BY ADWR. OVER 15 TRAININGS AND MORE THAN 2,000 HOURS OF TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE WERE PROVIDED THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THE PROGRAM AND PARTICIPANTS OVERWHELMINGLY REPORTED POSITIVE OUTCOMES AND REDUCTIONS IN WATER LOSS AS A RESULT.
