The board of the organization has agreed that all rental management services and oversight of the organization's current housing and supportive services program are done by biltmore properties, inc. Biltmore properties, inc. Has agreed to manage these rental operations for a specific fee per month.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7B

No changes to the articles of incorporation or the bylaws may be made without prior written authorization of the department of housing and urban development for as long as the department holds the mortgage on the property.

A copy of the form 990 will be provided to walker and armstrong, the organization's outside bookkeeper, for the inital review. It will then be provided to the board for final review. Once the form 990 is finalized, the return will be filed.

DURING THIS YEAR, THIS COMMUNITY CONTINUED TO BE IMPACTED BY THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND HAD LIMITED SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AND COMMUNITY EVENTS. WHILE RESIDENTS DEALT WITH SOCIAL ISOLATION AND QUARANTINE, MANY OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE COORDINATOR FOCUSED ON COVID VACCINE AND TESTING INFO, ADVOCACY, ASSESSMENTS, CASE MANAGEMENT, HOMEMAKER SERVICES, HEALTHCARE SERVICES, LEGAL ASSISTANCE, AND TRANSPORTATION. AS COIVD RESTRICTIONS LIFTED TOWARD THE END OF THE YEAR, RESIDNET ACTIVITIES SUCH AS EXERCISE CLASSES AND BINGO RESUMED.
