Kassie mueller, an employee of the az medical association, acts as the executive director for the organization and was paid 22,000 during 2024 by the association for the services performed for the organization.”

“The organization has the following membership categories honorary, active, affiliate, retired, resident, life, and medical student. All members in good standing, except resident and medical student members, are entitled to one vote.”

“Each member in good standing, other than resident or medical student members, vote on the organizations officers. Elections are done on a one member one vote basis.”

“Amendments to the organizations bylaws require approval from the membership body.”

“The draft 990 is initially reviewed by the administrator, and then forwarded on to the president and treasurer of the society for review and comment. After their reveiw, pending any changes, the return is then provided to the full board for review and comment prior to being filed.”
