The auxiliary is a non-profit corporation exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, and classified by the internal revenue service as other than a private foundation. No income taxes have been accrued or paid. The auxiliary does not have unrelated business income. Accordingly, there are no uncertain tax positions and no provision for income taxes have been made.
