She is is the sole shareholder and sole employee of Plate & Pitchfork Inc. The IRC pays Plate & Pitchfork Inc for management services and Polmar's compensation is paid through Plate & Pitchfork Inc.”

“Compensation Process for Officers: Commitment of the organization to expenses exceeding $10,000 on a one time, recurring or aggregated basis require Executive Committee Approval. Equally, termination of expenses that met the above standard require executive committee approval. Reasonable expenses required to conduct the ordinary affiars of the organization that fall below this amount may be incurred at the sole discretion of the executive director.”
