Schedule O:

$200 2023 tax, $902.00 Quickbook fee/website fee, $32,150.90 pediatric cancer family bills, gift cards,bags, supplies and meals, $7,200.00 Race Payout, $718.07 Board meeting/event supplies, $513.54 Bracelet and advertisement give aways. All money collected is used for pediatric cancer families. There are no salaries or benefits provided out of the money raised. $8,453.00 we raised throughout the year in shirt sales. $5,540.09 we spent on purchasing those shirts. Our profit for the year in shirt sales was $2913. All shirts have our logo and the event sold out information. We use our shirts and advertisement and awareness. The profit of the shirt goes directly back to our mission in paying bills and supporting pediatric cancer families any way they need. In reading rules I saw it was stated that if the sale of the shirts profit was used strictly for our mission we did not have to file a 990-t. Also when purchasing the shirts each time we pay taxes at the time of purchase. This is my first time having to do this. We have never collected over $50,000. The main reason we did last year was because our son passed away 3/11/24 of brain cancer and a lot of people donated to our non profit in his honor. In 2020-2023 I just had to do the 990 postcard that we collected under $50,000. If I missed anything or did anything incorrectly I am so sorry and someone can call me at 704-460-8591.
