The organization's mission is to teach and develop all participants equally in football and cheerleading skills, while implanting the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, courage, loyalty and respect for one's self and others.the program's ultimate purpose is to have each student-athlete leave better prepared for the rest of their life, as a responsible and contributing person in our society.

The general mission of wpjp is to promote youth football/cheer and to provide support, development, training and encouragement of youth athletes in the west park community.
