The Entity is designed to work with physicians who are in private practice, which means they are not employed by a hospital system or an insurance company. The purpose of the entity is as follow:1. Educate the members about existing and proposed federal and state policies, laws and regulations that apply to them as private physicians.2. Represent the interest of private physicians before federal and state legislative and regulatory bodies to inform them of the impact of proposed and existing laws and regulations on private practice physicians.3. Promote private physician practice among the public, interested parties and stakeholders and government.
