Summa health medical group provides all behavioral health care services to paents of apwi. This includes management of the health care team providing the care including personnel and clinical quality. Services provided by summa health medical group are monitored by the board of directors through quality and service reporng presented on a monthly basis. Dr. Joseph varley is an employee of summa health medical group and acts as medical director for apwi. He is a member of the apwi board of directors.

Children's hospital medical center of akron ("ach") and summa health system ("summa") are the members of the corporation.

The board of directors of the corporation shall consist of up to six (6) persons entitled to vote. Each members shall appoint three (3) board members. Any member may remove a director appointed by such member at any time and for any reason whatsoever. Following such removal, the member may appoint a replacement to fill such vacancy.
