All staff complete a personal assessment, which is submitted to their immediate supervisor and/or executive director for review. Based on the anticipated annual review to be conducted, the executive director shares any proposed employee pay increase with the board chair for approval. With approval, the supervisor and/or executive director conduct the employee's annual review and share the approved pay increase, which is then processed by the accountant in the payroll system.”
