Form 990, Part VI, Line 7A Members or stockholders electing members of governing body

Members of the corporation shall be individuals or entities approved for membership by a majority of the members on such terms and conditions as may be established from time to time by the members (or if none, by the trustees). The corporation's sole member shall be wright patt credit union, inc., as of the date this amended code of regulations is adopted. At any time that the corporation has no members, the trustees of the corporation shall act as its only members, and for purposes of any statute, rule or law relating to corporations, shall have all rights and privileges of members unless and until the corporation has approved members as provided herein.

The form 990 is reviewed by the president and executive director and is then presented to the board of trustees during a board meeting prior to being filed. The form 990 is also reviewed by an independent accounting firm.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 12C Conflict of interest policy

As part of the by-laws, every trustee agreed to the conflict of-interest policy. All board of trustees, directors and volunteers sign a board of trustees governance document restating their roles and addressing conflict of interest. In addition, at every meeting requiring decisions, the board chair reminds others of the conflict-of-interest policy. If there is a conflict of interest, the trustee, director, and/or volunteer would not be permitted to participate in any deliberations and/or decisions concerning the conflict of interest topic.

MANAGING YOUR FINANCES THROUGH CANCER - FINANCIAL LEARNING PROGRAM FOR PATIENTS WHO ARE DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER (ESPECIALLY STAGE 4 CANCER) IN THE DAYTON REGION. USING A COMBINATION OF ONE-ON-ONE COACHING, HANDS ON TOOLS AND SELF SERVE TECHNOLOGY, THE HYBRID FINANCIAL LEARNING PROGRAM INCLUDES AN INITIAL FINANCIAL EVALUATION/NEEDS ASSESSMENT TO DETERMINE IMMEDIATE NEXT STEPS FOR NEWLY DIAGNOSED CANCER PATIENTS AND THOSE WHO SURVIVE. 3. FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYER DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM - PROVIDE GRANTS TO FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYERS WHO FALL BELOW A CERTAIN INCOME LEVEL. 4. DOUGLAS A. FECHER LEARNING IN EXCELLENCE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM - PROVIDES SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS IN NEED THAT ATTEND WRIGHT STATE UNIVERSITY OR THE UNIVERSITY OF CINCINNATI WITH AN OPTION TO RENEW THE SCHOLARSHIP FOR AN ADDITIONAL YEAR.
