In addition, the Organization qualifies for the charitable contribution deduction under Section 170(b)(1)(A) and has been classified as an organization other than a private foundation under Section 509(a)(2).There was no unrelated business income for the year ended June 30, 2024. Accordingly, no provision for Federal or State income taxes is required. As of June 30, 2024, no amounts have been recognized for uncertain income tax positions.”
