“Organizations mission and program statement we believe american democracy flourishes on pillars of leadership, integrity, and equality. Misinformation and fear have created a systemically compromised government. Cfel is committed to reversing trends that muddle truth and conspiracy, transcending polarized politics, and restoring equal representation for every american. The primary purpose of cfel is to promote social welfare, particularly as it relates to creating, implementing, and supporting public policies that promote leadership, integrity, and equality. Such activities will command more than 50 of the organizations time and more than 50 of its financial resources. To promote social welfare, the organization will engage in the following activities policy research, public education, advocacy activities, political campaign intervention.”
