“Form 990-ez, part iii, primary exempt purpose - soca foundations specific purpose for which the corporation is organized are to assist special operations communicators us service members and their families and survivors and to generally promote goodwill and inclusion in the special operations communicators/service member community. Such activities may include, again without limitation, the provision of grants, scholarships and awards; the erection of monuments and memorials to members of the special operations communications community to honor their achievements and pay respects to those who have died in the service of the united states of america; and the provision of emergency and disaster relief and other forms of financial assistance to the survivors of disabled or deceased special op”
