There is one class of voting members that is open to any biopharmaceutical entity interested in supporting the mission and purpose of Accumulus Synergy. Additionally, there is one class of non-voting members, which consists of any person or entity that supports the mission and purpose of Accumulus Synergy.

Financial Statement Notes

Part X, Line 2:

The Organization follows the accounting standard on accounting for uncertainty in income taxes, which addresses the determination of whether tax benefits claimed or expected to be claimed on a tax return should be recorded in the financial statements. Management evaluated the Organization's tax positions and concluded that the Organization has taken no uncertain tax positions that require adjustment to the financial statements to comply with the provisions of this guidance. For the years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023, no unrecognized tax positions or benefit exists. Tax years from 2021 through the current year remain open for examination by tax authorities.
