The services ocha performs include, but are not limited to, supervising the daily administration operations, preparing monthly financial reports, executing budgets, and supervising maintenance operations including emergency repairs.

Additions during the fiscal year were 16,855. There were no subtractions during the fiscal year. The balance at 9/30/2024 was 16,855.
