“Clarification regarding donated vehicle chrysler town & country (1,500):in 2024, bella bond foundation received a donated vehicle a chrysler town & country valued at 1,500.00, intended to support a widowed woman through our direct family support program.due to insurance limitations as a new nonprofit, the title was briefly considered for registration under our treasurer, mario miscioscia, to explore coverage. However, insurance was never finalized or applied, and the vehicle was transferred shortly afterward to the recipient.the vehicle was never retained, sold, or used for personal benefit. It was fully used to fulfill our exempt purpose.as such, form 8282 is not required, since the transfer was consistent with our charitable intent.”
