Helping adults gain training tailored to their social history and current abilities, enabling them to become self-sustaining. Providing children with the education and the support needed to increase their chances for a better future. Graduating post-secondary students can help their families break out of poverty and bring sustainable change to Korah. During 2024, 264 students received educational support, 172 students attended after-school tutoring and after-school snacks, 78 students received academic awards, 99 students enrolled in computer /ICT classes, and 16 received vocational training.

We have 5 programs that serve health and nutrition needs. 1) The Berta Breakfast Program: provided 550+ children with fortified pancakes and milk before school. 2) The HFK Daycare: 50 preschool children received 2 daily meals and snacks. 3) Youth Programs: 350 children received regular after-school snacks, and 520 children received regular snacks. 4) The Elders' Home: provided 9 elders with leprosy daily support, including housing, food, sundries, clothing, medical care, and special outings. 5) Health Services programs: provided 1500+ families access to free medical services and prescriptions, 120 families received annual health insurance policies, 8 people received hospital care, 5 people received psychiatric treatment, 87 adults and 746 children dewormed, 58 youth and 199 adults attended health trainings, 197 children received malnutrition screening and 144 chronic or acutely ill, immunity-compromised, prenatal/lactating, or malnourished individuals received ongoing monthly nutritional support.

In 2024, 15 adults developed business and employment plans, 16 adults received business grants, 80 adults attended business and employment training sessions, 21 adults received life skills training, 7 adults received literacy and numeracy training, 29 adults attended adult continuing education, and 1 additional savings and credit self-help group was created.

We focus on developing leadership skills, and building connections among youth. These goals are achieved through cultivating strong, safe relationships while engaging them in meaningful activities. HFK's youth clubs, sports, training, and academic support are all designed to address gaps that might otherwise impede children's ability to learn and reach their full potential. In 2024, 850+ children attended youth programs and activities, 160 children participated in soccer programs, 94 participated in art, theatre, and music clubs, and 503 children and youth participated in life skills training.
