Kelli-anne cerini, board secretary, is the daughter of kenneth cerini, board president. The board president, vice president, and treasurer are all partners in the accounting firm of cerini & associates and the board secretary is the marketing manager at cerini & associates.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11B

A copy of the 990 is reviewed in detail by the board president. The final draft of the 990 is provided to the remaining board members who are given one week to provide any input to the board president of any changes that need to be made to the form. After a week, the 990 is filed with the irs and ny state.
