Suicide Prevention, through helping people learn how to enjoy life and thrive in their environments.

Our organization is dedicated to providing a proactive approach for suicide prevention. By promoting positive mental health and well-being through engaging activities, social events, and community-based initiatives. We strive to create safe, supportive spaces where individuals of all ages can connect, build resilience, and foster meaningful relationships. By offering programs that focus on emotional wellness, connecting to their communities, stress reduction, and personal growth, we aim to empower individuals to lead healthier, more balanced lives. Through our efforts, we seek to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, encourage open dialogue, and support holistic approaches to mental wellness for all members of our community. We operate with the awareness that depression and risks of suicide are not limited by status, class, race, religion, or income. Anyone, no matter how successful they may be, can fall victim to depression and suicidal thoughts.

Program Services

DescriptionGrantsExpenses
Hope for the Homeless provides personalized care packages to individuals experiencing homelessness, offering essential items along with a message of compassion and hope. Each package includes hygiene products, nutritious snacks, clothing, and other practical supplies, as well as a handwritten note of encouragement. This program aims to restore dignity, provide comfort, and reduce the risk of suicide by showing individuals they are valued and supported by their community. This year, we delivered 500 care packages to the homeless. We have provided over 2,000 care packages to date, through this program.-$59,425
Connect With Your Passion, helps individuals discover and pursue their passions. Whether it be arts, sports, or something else that brings individuals joy and fulfillment to their lives. We achieve this through collecting and distributing goods(sports equipment, art supplies, etc.) in addition to connecting participants with opportunities in areas they seek. The program encourages self expression, creativity, and physical well-being, with the goal of turning these passions into lifelong pursuits that enrich lives and reduce the risk of suicide. Our program has benefited thousands of individuals to date. This year we helped to connect over 700 community members with their passions, supporting improved mood, a sense of purpose, and social connection.-$56,098
Adopt A Utah Senior/Gift A Grad, is a community-based program that supports high school seniors as they transition into adulthood. Through mentorship, celebratory events, and resources, the program helps students build confidence, set goals, and develop life skills. It connects seniors with local leaders and professionals for guidance on education, career paths, mental health, and personal development. This year, over 400 Utah High School Graduates were recognized directly through our program. Benefiting thousands of graduates to date, empowering students to approach the next chapter of their lives with hope and optimism.-$21,782
