“In addition to its Compensation Management policy, the governing body reviews, deliberates, and approves a salary pay scale for each position/position category, biennially to ensure its commitment to providing fair and competitive compensation packages, and contingent upon funding.”

“In accordance with the organization's Records Retention policy, Corporate records include the corporation's Certificate of Formation, By-Laws and IRS Form 1023 and Application for Exemption. Corporate records should be retained permanently. IRS regulations require that Form 1023 be available for public inspection upon request.”
