“Our services include educational immigration materials available on our website, an online screener that helps immigrants check their eligibility for various benefits, and online tools and processes to prepare and review their forms for filing. All of our services are free. Eligibility assessment: we offer a turbotax-style online screener that asks users all of the relevant eligibility questions an attorney would ask to assess eligibility for 19 different immigration application types. Form preparation: users who complete our screener can utilize another turbotax style online tool to answer questions that will ultimately prepare the pdfs of federal forms they need to file. Form review: we have a team of immigration paralegals who review these forms for clerical errors and suggest changes to the users. Online education: we offer detailed how-to guides for various immigration processes on our website, immigrationhelp.org.”
