All of which are essential items for not only wellness but reduce the likelihood of bullying because of the lack of cleanliness. 3. For African American women we have implemented START UP! which is an economic initiative that provides start-up funding to African American females who are desiring to start their own business. With START UP! we provide funding for the state and local fees associated with starting a small business. This includes Secretary of State Fees and city business license fees. 4.
