The foundation's conflict of interest policy requires that members of the board and the officers of the foundation complete a conflict of interest form that requires disclosure of any interest that could give rise to conflict. This process is repeated annually. The board addresses conflicts as they arise. The interested person who has a conflict may not vote on matter for which there is a conflict of interest and they must be excluded from discussions of matters for which there is a conflict of interest.
