The organizations current Executive Officer (President), Laurie Thomas, and Vice President, Roger Thomas, have a family relationship. They each are paid coaching fees in an amount comparable to the other coaching staff. Laurie Thomas was paid $20,750 in coaching and program director fees during 2024. Roger Thomas was paid $31,600 in coaching and director fees during 2024. Additionally, Laurie Thomas was paid $56,665 as the marketing director and Roger Thomas was paid $49,582 as the executive director.

Management duties delegation Part VI line 3

In 2024, the organization ended its business relationship with RLC Management LLC, which performed duties customarily performed by or under the direct supervision of officers, directors, trustees, or key employees. Such duties included hiring, firing, and supervising personnel; planning and executing budgets and financial operations; supervising exempt operations and unrelated trades or businesses of the organization. Prior to its contract ending in 2024, the management company received $28,332 as payment for services rendered. These duties are now performed directly by officers, directors and employees.

Article VI, Section 6.01 of the organizations bylaws provide that during each Annual Meeting of Members, the current Board of Directors shall elect directors to hold office until the expiration of the term for which he or she was elected, and until his or her successor has been duly elected and qualified, or until resignation or removal.

IRS990/Desc0Team Activities: Now in its fifth year, the club organizes and facilitates age and developmentally appropriate youth soccer practices, games, and tournaments for members. In addition to a 10-month season of competitive travel soccer, the organization offers a range of programs, including in-house camps, clinics, and a comprehensive development league. During 2024, the club had approximately 1,250 registered participants, ages 5 to 18. This number was 139 higher than the previous year (13% increase). During 2024, the organization had approximately 45 parent/coach volunteers and 15 student volunteers.
