“In fy 2015, isshin ryu put on a number of programs and classes for the community. These classes include; -aerobics exercises,physical fitness, an after school program, isshin ryu karate, afro-haitian dance classes for youth and adults and a belly dance class. Isshi ryu also held a number of events for the community incuding; - martin luther king jr. Parade, soul food night, dinner for veterans 3 times a year, fashion show, irc karate tournament twice a year,harvestfest, thanksgiving baskets, and a kirtland christmas parade and christmas party.”
