Governance Explanations

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 3

Delegation of management duties: rehoboth mckinley christian health care services, a related organization, has a management agreement with healthcare integrity, llc. Until its termination on june 11, 2020. Under this agreement, management and administrative services were provided to the hospital. The ceo of the hospital was paid through this agreement. Per irs instructions no compensation is reported on part vii for this individual. David conejo $242,624 beginning in sep 2020, rmch entered into agreement with community hospital consulting (chc) for the provision of interim ceo services by mr. Don smithburg. Chc was paid a total of $136,500 for the services of mr smithburg in 2020.
