Supplemental Narrative

Additional Explanations

Form 990-ez

As a performing group, covid-19 was very impactful to skyline chorus. Not being able to rehearse in person meant having rehearsals using zoom. That was an unexpected expense for us, but we weren't having to pay our monthly rehearsal rent, so that was a benefit. So while some expenses were down (mainly rent and coaching expenses), our income was drastically reduced as we weren't able to hold our shows and other performances. We also lost a number of members during the pandemic, due to job loss and other reasons, so our membership dues income was reduced. So we had many fluctuations in our income and expenses during this past fiscal year.

IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt0AS A PERFORMING GROUP, COVID-19 WAS VERY IMPACTFUL TO SKYLINE CHORUS.
