Mission and Program Overview

Mission

Heart of the House Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by Gavin Kaysen and Alison Arth to sustain the growth, health, and prosperity of our Soigne Hospitality family. Restaurant closures sparked by COVID-19 revealed the profound vulnerability of our beloved hospitality community, and our Foundation's immediate purpose is to provide bridge support to team members and their families during these uncertain times.
