Mission

Ccclt served as a general partner in a 2 phase affordable senior rental development. Phase 1, allegro at hacienda lakes, phase 2 cadenza at hacienda lakes. Each phase will provide 160 units of a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment for seniors aged 62 plus who earn no more than 60% of the area median income.
