“International inbound travel association (iita) has delegated management duties to the simon connection, llc as per management contract and approval from the board of directors. This contract stipulates that the simon connection, llc will provide staff for day to day operations, will hire/terminate staff, will provide office space and equipment, technology and membership support and finance services including payroll. It is the simon connection, llc's responsibility to hire employees and determine compensation. Iita is not privy to this employee compensation and the simon connection, llc opted not to divulge this information. The simon connection, llc is owned by lisa simon, executive director of iita.”
