It is the mission of the wisconn valley revitalization corporation to serve the needs of the racine county community and the surrounding areas by promoting economic, personal and social upward mobility to individuals and families through opportunities aimed at identifying the tools needed to become self- sufficient. Wisconn valley revitalization corporation will primarily focus on affordable housing development, and neighborhood revitalization but also property management, social service management and community development initiatives in order to create programs that will work hand in hand to benefit society by reducing racial disparity, improving socioeconomics, and advance the well being and success of the citizens that we serve.

Mission

It is the mission of the wisconn valley revitalization corporation to serve the needs of the racine county community and the surrounding areas by promoting economic, personal and social upward mobility to individuals and families through opportunities aimed at identifying the tools needed to become self- sufficient. Wisconn valley revitalization corporation will primarily focus on affordable housing development, and neighborhood revitalization but also property management, social service management and community development initiatives in order to create programs that will work hand in hand to benefit society by reducing racial disparity, improving socioeconomics, and advance the well being and success of the citizens that we serve.

To facilitate affordable housing opportunities using lihtc or other creative funding sources.
